  Application by Corus Entertainment Inc., on behalf of a corporation to be incorporated (OBCI), for an extension of the time limit to commence the operation of the new national video-on-demand (VOD) service, approved in Decision CRTC 2000-734, dated 14 December 2000.
  The applicant is requesting an extension until 14 December 2005 to commence the operation of this service.
  The current application represents the fourth request for an extension of time.
  The Commission approved the first request for an extension of time from 14 December 2001 to 14 December 2002 in Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2002-34, dated 12 February 2002; the second request for an extension of time to 14 December 2003 was approved in Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2002-455, dated 18 December 2002; the third extension to 14 December 2004 was approved in Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2004-53, dated 23 January 2004.
