Extension of time limit to implement a new national video-on-demand service |
1. |
The Commission approves the application by Corus Entertainment Inc./On-Demand Inc. (OBCI), for an extension of the time limit to implement its authority for a national video-on-demand service granted by Decision CRTC 2000-734, dated 14 December 2000. |
2. |
The Commission grants the licensee an additional 12 months, until 14 December 2002, to implement this authority. |
3. |
The licensee's failure to meet this new implementation deadline will cause this authority to become null and void, unless a request for a further extension of time is approved by the Commission before such date. |
4. |
Once the licensee has informed the Commission in writing that it is prepared to commence operation, the licence for this undertaking will be issued. |
