Re: Bell Canada Tariff Notice 867
On 27 October 2005 , the Commission received an application by Bell Canada under cover of Tariff Notice 867, proposing revisions to the Customer Specific Arrangement (CSA) contract number P3-177.
As this application raises questions related to the costing of the services, the Commission is unable to dispose of Tariff Notice 867 within 10 business days of receipt. The Commission is continuing its analysis and expects to render its decision on the company's application within 45 business days of the application being filed.
