Re:  Framework for forbearance from regulation of intra-exchange digital services, Public Notice 2005-8, as amended by Public Notice 2005-8-1, interrogatory clarifications.

Pursuant to the procedure set out in Framework for forbearance from regulation of high-speed intra-exchange digital services , Telecom Public Notice CRTC 2005-8, 30 June 2005 (PN 2005-8), as amended by Telecom Public Notice CRTC 2005-8-1, 22 July 2005, Commission staff addressed interrogatories to various companies on 14 October 2005.

Commission staff is of the view that further clarification is required for the following interrogatories:

For the above noted interrogatories, HSDS Service refers to high-speed access services provided by your company at DS-3, OC-3 and OC-12 speeds.   These would be services equivalent to Bell Canada 's digital network access (DNA) services offered under Item 301 of Bell Canada 's National Services Tariff.
