Mr. David Palmer Dear Mr. Palmer: Re: Telecom Public Notice CRTC 2005-13 The Commission initiated Bell Canada proposal for VoIP service pricing in Ontario and Québec , Telecom Public Notice CRTC 2005-13, 9 September 2005 (PN 2005-13), and invited comments on that aspect of an ex parte application by Bell Canada proposing to allow it to have distinct price ranges in Ontario and Quebec for a voice over Internet Protocol service. In PN 2005-13, the Commission established an expedited procedure inviting interested parties to file written comments with the Commission by 14 September 2005, with Bell Canada's reply comments, if any, to be filed with the Commission by 16 September 2005. In consideration of requests received from some of the interested parties for modifications to the comment and reply procedure set out in PN 2005-13, the Commission advises Bell Canada to withhold filing its reply to those comments already filed with the Commission, pending the Commission's determination with regard to a possible extension to the procedural dates. Yours sincerely, 'Original signed by S. Bédard'
Suzanne Bédard
