Dear Mr. Connolly:

Subject: Request to withdraw Former TCI Tariff Notice 515 and TCBC Tariff Notice 4199

By letter dated 14 July 2005 , TELUS Communication Inc. (TCI) proposed to withdraw Tariff Notices(TNs), TCI 515 and TCBC 4199 dated 18 June 2003 . In these tariff notices TCI had proposed to revise its line-side Wireless Access Service (WAS) rates.

In its 14 July 2005 letter, TCI submitted that it would adopt Bell Canada's line-side WAS telephone and access channel service rates, as provided for in paragraph 62 of Rates for co-location floor space, Direct Connection service, Wireless Access service: Line-side Access service, and Wireless Service Providers Enhanced provincial 9-1-1 Network Access service , Decision 2003-12,18 March 2003 . TCI also proposed that, upon the Commission's approval of the withdrawal of TNs TCI 515 and TCBC 4199, it would issue tariff pages reflecting the rates shown in Tables 1 and 2 of the Attachment to its letter, effective 1 June 2005 , and provide rebates to affected customers.

Based on a review of the TCI's proposal and the documentation provided, TCI's withdrawal application is accepted.

Yours sincerely,
