Mr. David Palmer Dear Mr. Palmer: Subject: Withdrawal of Proposed Tariff Pages for Customer Specific Arrangement P1-52 This refers to Bell Canada 's letter dated 24 October 2003 , which noted that the proposed Customer Specific Arrangement (CSA) contract number P1-52, one of the contracts filed under Tariff Notice No. 756, for services provided by Bell West, had expired on 30 June 2003 and was not renewed.
