RE: Bell Canada Tariff Notice 6866 - 311 Service
On 15 April 2005 , the Commission received an application by Bell Canada under cover of Tariff Notice 6866, which proposes to introduce 3-1-1 Service as directed by the Commission in Assignment for non-emergency municipal government services , Telecom Decision CRTC 2004-71, 5 November 2004 (Decision 2004-71). To allow for comments, Commission staff considers that it should wait for the comment period to pass before disposing of this application. The Commission expects to render its decision within 45 business days of the application being filed.
