Dear Mr. Brunelle,

We hereby acknowledge receipt of your letter of November 24, 2004 stating that following the signing of a specialty services interconnections and compensation agreement between SATAT and Bell Canada , ACTQ would be prepared to withdraw the application filed in the above-mentioned matter.

Given the preceding, ACTQ's proposed withdrawal of the above-mentioned application is accepted.
