| Vidéotron proposes to distribute the signals of two distant Canadian stations, CFTO-DT (CTV Toronto) and CIII-DT-41 (Global Toronto), exclusively as part of its digital service and in high definition (HD), until similar Montreal network stations begin broadcasting in HD. | |
| The licensee states that the carriage of these signals would enhance the diversity of Canadian programming in these markets. | |
| CFTO-DT (CTV Toronto) and CIII-DT-41 (Global Toronto) confirm that they will not accept local advertising from these distant markets. | |
