The Commission received an application by Northwestel Inc. (Northwestel), dated 23 October 2003, to introduce General Tariff item 504, Payphone Analog Cellular Network Service. |

The Commission approved a market trial for this service in the oil and gas sectors of Northern British Columbia, in Telecom Order CRTC 2002-245, 28 June 2002. The proposed service would allow for the provision of outgoing message service from a wireless network and telephone equipment to the general public using standard payment options such as credit card and prepaid calling cards. |

Northwestel filed an imputation test in support of its application. |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |
5. |
The Commission finds that the imputation test is satisfactory. |
6. |
The Commission approves Northwestel's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order. |
