Terms of Service


The Commission received an application by Téléphone Guèvremont inc. (Guèvremont), dated 17 September 2003 and amended on 27 October 2003, to revise item 1.2.11, Confidentiality of Customer Records, under section 1.2 of its General Tariff in order to add a list of the acceptable methods for obtaining express consent for the disclosure of confidential customer information, as directed in Confidentiality provisions of Canadian carriers, Telecom Decision CRTC 2003-33, 30 May 2003, as amended by Telecom Decision CRTC 2003-33-1, 11 July 2003.


The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.


The Commission approves Guèvremont's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order.


Guèvremont is to issue revised tariff pages forthwith to reflect these changes.
