| The Commission notes that CSR, a Canadian corporation, is presently wholly owned by John Bitove, a Canadian resident and citizen. | |

| Application by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC), on behalf of 4229444Canada Inc., recently incorporated, for a broadcasting licence to carry on a national multi-channel subscription radio service, to be delivered by satellite and terrestrial transmitters, for direct reception by subscribers. | |
| The Commission notes that 4229444 Canada Inc. is owned by three corporations, being the CBC (40%), Standard Radio inc. (40%), an Ontario corporation and Sirus Satellite Radio (20%), a Delaware Corporation (United States). | |
| The Commission invites the public to regularly examine the public examination file of the above-noted application in order to become aware of any additional information that could be filed no later than 4 August 2004, in response to clarification questions from the Commission. | |
