Mr. John Maksimow Dear Mr. Maksimow: Re: Tariff Notice 543 - Type 2 Customer Specific Arrangements By letter dated 18 October 2004 , MTS Allstream Inc. filed Tariff Notice 543. Paragraph 5 of that letter states:
This letter is to advise that the Network Services Agreement and Access Services Agreement submitted as part of the proceeding that lead to Telecom Decision CRTC 2004-32 are made part of the record for Tariff Notice 543. Sincerely,
