Dear Sir/Madam:

Re: PN 2004-2, Request from Microcell Telecommunications Inc. to amend procedures

The Commission has received a letter dated 23 July 2004 from Microcell Telecommunications Inc. (Microcell) requesting an extension to the deadline for filing responses to interrogatories in the above-named proceeding from 6 August to 11 August 2004. Microcell has also proposed extensions to the deadlines for the filing of requests for further responses and disclosure of confidential information and of replies to such requests.

Parties wishing to comment on Microcell's request must do so by 27 July 2004, serving copies of their submissions on all other parties to the proceeding by the same date.  Documents must be received, and not merely sent, by the date provided.
