Partisan political advertising on The Score

1.

The Commission approves the application by The Score Television Network Ltd. to amend the broadcasting licence for the national English-language specialty programming undertaking known as The Score, in order to add the following subsection to the existing condition of licence number 4, set out in The Score - Licence renewal, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2004-10, 21 January 2004, relating to advertising:
 

d) In addition to the twelve minutes of advertising material referred to in subsection (a), the licensee may broadcast partisan political advertising during an election period.

The Commission did not receive any interventions in connection with this application.
