Partisan political advertising on The Score |

The Commission approves the application by The Score Television Network Ltd. to amend the broadcasting licence for the national English-language specialty programming undertaking known as The Score, in order to add the following subsection to the existing condition of licence number 4, set out in The Score - Licence renewal, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2004-10, 21 January 2004, relating to advertising: |
d) In addition to the twelve minutes of advertising material referred to in subsection (a), the licensee may broadcast partisan political advertising during an election period. |
