  Native Communication Inc.
Lake Manitoba, Manitoba
  Application 2004-0020-1
Broadcasting Public Notice CRTC 2004-11
5 March 2004

Deadline to commence operations

The Commission approves the application by Native Communication Inc. for an extension of the time limit to commence the operation of the new transmitter of CINC-FM Thompson at Lake Manitoba, authorized in Licence amendments for CINC-FM, Decision CRTC 2000-32, 3 February 2000.

The Commission notes that this is the licensee's fourth request for an extension to implement its authority.

The transmitter must be operational at the earliest possible date and in any event no later than 2 February 2005, unless a request for an extension of time is approved by the Commission before this date. In order to ensure that such a request is processed in a timely manner, it should be submitted in writing at least 60 days before this date.
