  Further to its Broadcasting Public Notice CRTC 2003-5 dated 7 February 2003, the Commission announces the following:
  THE FOLLOWING ITEM IS AMENDED AND THE CHANGE IS IN BOLD
  CORRECTION TO ITEM #1
  Across Canada (e)
Application No. 2002-0709-4
  Application by SHOWCASE TELEVISION INC. to amend a commitment of the nationalspecialty television service known as Showcase Television.
  The licensee proposes to replace its commitment not to air any first-run broadcasts of programs produced by a Showcase shareholder with the following commitment which Showcase Television indicated it would be willing to accept as a condition of licence:
 

Showcase Television will ensure that 75% of all original programming over the course of the broadcast year, including repeats, shall be produced by independent, non-affiliated producers.
