Universal Messaging Service

The Commission received an application by Aliant Telecom Inc. (Aliant Telecom), dated 8 April 2003, to migrate the Atlantic Provinces Telecommunications Council Regional Services Tariff item 502, Universal Messaging, to Aliant Telecom General Tariff item 316, Universal Messaging.

In its application, Aliant Telecom noted that the definitions for Universal Messaging were integrated into Aliant Telecom's General Tariff item 100, Definitions, as approved by the Commission in Terms of service and definitions, Telecom Order CRTC 2002-361, 29 August 2002.
