CBF-FM Montréal - Deletion of CBF-2 Mont-Brun

1.

The Commission approves the application by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) to amend the broadcasting licence for the radio programming undertaking CBF-FM Montréal in order to delete its CBF-2 Mont-Brun transmitter, which broadcasts the programming of the CBC French-language radio network, La Première Chaîne.

The CBC notes that this region is well served by CHLM-FM Rouyn and CHLM-FM-1 Amos/Val d'Or which distribute the entire programming of  La Première Chaîne.

The Commission did not receive any interventions in connection with this application.
