Non-material changes to tariffs - Relay service |

1. |
The Commission received an application by Northern Telephone Limited Partnership (Northern), dated 23 September 2002, to revise General Tariff sections N210, Centrex; N240, Centrex II Service; N900, Digital Network Services; and N910, Arrangements for Data Transmission. |

In its application, Northern noted that the proposed revisions served to incorporate the Relay service rate of $0.13 into the rates of all eligible services identified in item 5.04 b) in section N100 of its General Tariff, approved in Non-material changes to tariff, Telecom Order CRTC 2002-354, 24 August 2002. |

Northern submitted that there would be no increase in its customers' billing statements as a result of these changes. |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |
|
5. |
The Commission approves Northern's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this order. |
|
6. |
Northern is to issue revised tariff pages forthwith to reflect these changes. |
