Northern Telephone Limited Partnership

Non-material changes to tariffs

1.

The Commission received an application by Northern Telephone Limited Partership (Northern), dated 18 July 2002, to revise General Tariff sections N100, Exchange Service - General; N210, Centrex; N240, Centrex II Service, and N900, Digital Network Services, in order to:

- withdraw the Station Configuration Management optional service from its Centrex offering, as there are no customers for this service;
- incorporate the Relay Service rate of $0.13 into the rates of all eligible services identified in General Tariff section N100, item 5.04 b); and
- incorporate the Equivalent Service rate of $2.65 into eligible business rates for customers choosing the Equivalent Service option.

Northern submitted that customers' billing statements would not include any increase as a result of these changes.

The Commission received no comment with respect to the application.

4.

The Commission approves Northern's application. The revisions take effect as of 9 September 2002.
