The Commission received an application by Bell Canada, dated 15 May 2002, requesting approval of the revised Interconnection Agreement between Elite Communications Inc. and Bell Canada. |

Bell Canada submitted that the existing agreement was revised to more closely align it with the latest revision to the competitive local exchange carrier - interexchange carrier agreement that the Commission approved in Decision CRTC 2001-667, 30 October 2001. |

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application. |

The Commission approves Bell Canada's application. |
