The Commission approves on a final basis, rates for unbundled loop-service order charges for TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI) and Saskatchewan Telecommunications (SaskTel). |

In letters dated 28 February 2002 and 4 March 2002, TCI and SaskTel indicated that they were prepared to adopt, on a final basis, the rates for unbundled loop-service order charges approved on an interim basis in TCI and SaskTel accept revised interim rates for unbundled loop-service order charges, Telecom Order CRTC 2002-3, 10 January 2002. |

The Commission directs TCI and SaskTel to issue forthwith, revised tariff pages to reflect these changes. |
