Further to its Broadcasting Notice of Public Hearing CRTC 2002-13 dated 27 November 2002 relating to a Public Hearing which will be held on 3 February 2003 at 9:30 a.m., at the Palais des Congrès de Montréal, 201 Viger Avenue West, Montréal, Quebec, the Commission announces the following : |

THE COMMISSION AMENDS CERTAIN PARAGRAPHS OF THE INTRODUCTION AS FOLLOWS (CHANGES ARE IN BOLD): |

Items 1, 5, 9 and 23 are technically mutually exclusive as they all propose the use of the frequency 100.1 MHz. |
|
|
Items 18 and 19 are technically mutually exclusive as they both propose the use of the frequency 103.5 MHz. |
|
|
Items 24 and 25 are technically mutually exclusive as they both propose the use of the frequency 93.9 MHz. |
|
|
Items 17, 26 and 27 are technically mutually exclusive as they all propose the use of the frequency 96.5 MHz. |
