Ontario Telecommunications Association Attention: Gary Mallette Subject: Network Access Tariff (NAT) Notice No. 82 The Commission staff is in receipt of an application from the Ontario Telecommunications Association (OTA) dated 11July 2002 requesting approval of the final 2001 Network Access Tariff (NAT). In the attachment to this letter, the Commission staff is requesting further details with respect to the information provided by the OTA. Please provide responses by 30August 2002 with copies served on interested parties. Interested parties listed are to provide comments on the responses to these interrogatories by 6 September 2002. 2. Provide an explanation of change in 2001 actual Phase III costs compared to 2000 actual Phase III costs. Include the estimated impact due to changes in the number of circuits from 2000 to 2001. |
