By way of a letter of 16 January 2002, among other things, Vidéotron ltée and Cogeco Cable Canada Inc. were to provide and disclose complete responses to the following interrogatories :

Vidéotron(IMCAIP)7Sept01-02

Identify the number of ISP customer connections per POI assumed by Vidéotron in the preparation of its tariff, providing all relevant underlying studies, evaluations, assumptions and costing data.

Cogeco(IMCAIP)7Sept01-02

Identify the number of ISP customer connections per POI assumed by Cogeco in the preparation of its tariff, providing all relevant underlying studies, evaluations, assumptions and costing data.

In its comments of 14 March 2002 the Independent Members of the Canadian Association of Internet Providers (IMCAIP), among other things, submitted that Vidéotron and Cogeco had failed to comply with the 16 January 2002 letter.

Vidéotron ltée and Cogeco Cable Canada Inc. are to provide and disclose complete responses to the interrogatories noted above, serving a copy on interested parties, by 23 July 2002. Interested parties may file supplementary comments, limited to addressing the additional information provided by Vidéotron and Cogeco, and serve interested parties, by 6 August 2002.

The cable companies may file supplementary reply comments, limited to addressing interveners' supplementary comments, and serve interested parties, by 16 August 2002.

Where a document is to be filed or served by a specific date, the document should be received, not merely sent, by that date.
