Administrative renewal 


The Commission renews the broadcasting licence for the satellite to cable programming undertaking and its transmitters CIAN-TV Calgary and CJAL-TV Edmonton, from 1 January 2003 to 31 August 2003, subject to the terms and conditions in effect under the current licence.


The application for the renewal of this licence was published in Public Notice CRTC 2002-67, 1 November 2002. However, the Commission will not be able to rule on this application before the current licence expires.


This decision does not dispose of any substantive issue that may exist with respect to the renewal of this licence. The Commission will issue a decision on the renewal application at a later date.
