CFPE-FM - Licence amendment |

1. |
The Commission approves the application by Friends of Banff National Park Fellowship to amend the licence of the low-power radio station CFPE-FM in order to replace the condition of licence describing the nature of service. |

The current condition of licence requires the licensee to "broadcast programming consisting exclusively of general information and weather reports provided by Banff National Park". |

The Commission deletes the current condition of licence and replaces it with the following conditions of licence: |

The applicant indicated that the purpose of the amendment is to take advantage of the multiple sources of information available to the station through various partner organizations for the benefit of the local community and visitors to Banff National Park. |

The Commission did not receive any interventions in connection with this application. |
