The licensee proposes to decreasethe effective radiated power from 100,000 to 10,000 watts. |
||||
|
Further to CRTC's Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2002-133 dated 7 May 2002, the Commission noted that the Department of Industry (the Department) advised the Commission that the use of the FM frequency in Calgary was not acceptable to Nav Canada due to the fact that it created interference. Accordingly, the applicant was required to inform the Commission, within 60 days of the date of the decision, of the corrective measures that it proposed to put in place to satisfy the Department's requirements. |

This application follows the Commission's above-mentioned requirements as corrective measures to getting Nav Canada's approval. |
