The Commission approves the application by 1158556 Ontario Ltd., doing business under the name of Celestial Sound, for an extension of the time limit to commence operation of new radio transmitters of CHIM-FM Timminsat Chapleau, Elliot Lake and Wawa, authorized in Addition of transmitters of CHIM-FM Timmins at Chapleau, Elliot Lake and Wawa, Decision CRTC 2001-182, 20 March 2001. |

The Commission grants the licensee an extension, until 20 August 2002, to implement this authority. The licensee's failure to meet this new implementation deadline will cause this authority to become null and void, unless a request for a further extension of time is approved by the Commission before 20 August 2002. In order to ensure that such a request is processed in a timely manner, it should be submitted in writing at least 30 days before this date. |

The authority to operate the transmitters will only be effective once the licensee has informed the Commission in writing that it is prepared to commence operations. |
