LetterOur file: 8678-C12-10/01Ottawa, 25 September 2001 To: Interested Parties Re: Implementation of price cap regulation for TELUS Québec and Télébec (Public Notice CRTC 2001-36) - Seeking comments on scope of public hearing As indicated in the letter dated 3 August 2001, a letter relating to the organization and conduct of the hearing including the scope of the cross-examination will be issued prior to the commencement of the oral hearing scheduled to commence on 13 November 2001. The first part of the oral hearing will be reserved for comments from the general public, with cross-examination of expert witnesses commencing thereafter. While there are a number of issues that have been raised as part of this proceeding, the Commission may wish to limit the scope of the cross-examination phase of the hearing. In order to determine the scope of the cross-examination, interested parties are asked to comment as to what issues should be pursued during the cross-examination phase of the public hearing.
