The Commission renews the broadcasting licence for the satellite to cable programming undertaking serving Winnipeg, from 1 September 2001 to 31 August 2008, subject to the conditions specified in this decision and in the licence to be issued. |

The Commission reminds the licensee that any Manitoba cable television licensee wishing to carry this service must have prior written approval to do so from the Commission. |
