Licence renewal for CFNO-FM and its transmitters |

The Commission renews the broadcasting licence for CFNO Marathon and its transmitters at the additional locations noted above, from 1 September 2001 to 31 August 2008, subject to the conditions specified in the licence to be issued, as also set out in Public Notice CRTC 1999-137. |

The Commission encourages the licensee to consider employment equity issues in its hiring practices and in all other aspects of its management of human resources (Public Notice CRTC 1992-59). |
