Telecom Public Notice

Ottawa, 28 September 1992
Telecom Public Notice CRTC 92-59
Reference: Tariff Notice 207
The Commission has received an application from AGT Limited (AGT), dated 31 July 1992, for approval of tariff revisions related to 800 Service. AGT proposes to reduce the per minute usage rate, for three 800 Service - United States service areas, by approximately 12%. AGT states that this revision will be partially offset by a reduction in the volume discount structure of this service. AGT also proposes to increase the discount on call volumes over $5000 from 25% to 30%, for 800 Service - Canada.
For further details with respect to other Stentor member companies see Telecom Public Notice CRTC 92-49.
In support of its application, AGT has submitted information for which it has claimed confidentiality. An abridged version has been provided for the public record.
The application may be examined at AGT's business offices or at the offices of the CRTC, Room 201, Central Building, Les Terrasses de la Chaudière, 1 Promenade du Portage, Hull, Quebec, or 800 Burrard Street, Suite 1380, Vancouver, British Columbia. A copy of the application may be obtained by any interested person upon request directed to the company at the address shown below.
If you wish to comment on the application, please write to Mr. Allan J. Darling, Secretary General, CRTC, Ottawa, Ontario, K1A 0N2, by 28 October 1992 (fax: (819)-953-0795).
