Addition of a transmitter of CFMM-FM Prince Albert at Waskesiu Lake |

1. |
The Commission approves the application to amend the broadcasting licence for the radio programming undertaking CFMM-FM Prince Albert (the originating station), by authorizing the licensee to add a transmitter at Waskesiu Lake. |
2. |
This transmitter will enable the licensee to adequately serve the population of Waskesiu Lake. |
3. |
As proposed, the new FM transmitter will operate on frequency 92.1 MHz, channel 221A1, with an effective radiated power of 58 watts. |

The authority will be effective and the licence will be amended only at such time as: |

The Commission has noted the comments expressed in an intervention to this application and is satisfied with the licensee's response. |
