Addition of a transmitter for CBWK-FM Thompson at Churchill |

The Commission approves the application to amend the broadcasting licence for the radio programming undertaking CBWK-FM Thompson (the originating station), by authorizing the licensee to add a transmitter at Churchill. |

The licensee indicates that it no longer produces programming at Churchill and proposes to add the transmitter CHFC Churchill to offer the programming of CBWK-FM Thompson. |

As proposed, the new transmitter will operate on frequency 1230 kHz, with a transmitter power of 250 watts. |

The authority will be effective and the licence will be amended only at such time as the separate licence currently issued for CHFC Churchill has expired, that is 31 August 2001. |
