Increase in power for CBAFT-2

1.

The Commission approves the application to amend the broadcasting licence for the television programming undertaking CBAFT Moncton, by increasing the effective radiated power of its transmitter CBAFT-2 Edmundston from 8,500 watts to 19,500 watts.

2.

This change will improve coverage to the west of the city in the communities of Clair, Lac Baker and St-François-de-Madawaska.

3.

The Commission authorizes the licensee to operate the undertaking on the basis of the contours and particulars resulting from the above-mentioned change.
