Applications to acquire the assets of CKOC and CKLH-FM Hamilton were approved in Decision CRTC 99-172 dated 14 July 1999 with new licences expiring 31 August 2005 issued to Telemedia Radio Inc. In view of this approval, no further action is required on the above licence renewal applications submitted by Radiocorp Inc.

An application for a new FM radio programming undertaking at Kirkland Lake to replace AM radio station CJKL was approved in Decision CRTC 99-181 dated 14 July 1999. A new licence was issued expiring 31 August 2005. In view of this approval, no further action is required on the above licence renewal application.
