Telecom Order CRTC 99-270

 

TELUS Communications Inc., TELUS Communications (Edmonton) Inc. along with TELUS Edmonton Holdings Inc., TELUS Mobility Inc., TELUS Cable Holdings Inc. and Canadian Mobility Products amalgamated under the Business Corporations Act (Alberta) to form TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI). On 4 January 1999, TCI filed an application for approval of tariff revisions replacing a number of Tariff Items, including the General Terms of Service and Interpretation, of the former TELUS Communications Inc. and TELUS Communications (Edmonton) Inc.

1.The proposed tariff revisions were approved on an interim basis on 5 February 1999 under Telecom Order CRTC 99-107.

 

2.The Commission received no comments with respect to this application.

 

3.The Commission hereby approves, on a final basis, only that part of TCI's application dealing with the General Terms of Service.
