TELUS Communications Inc., TELUS Communications (Edmonton) Inc. along with TELUS Edmonton Holdings Inc., TELUS Mobility Inc., TELUS Cable Holdings Inc. and Canadian Mobility Products amalgamated under the Business Corporations Act (Alberta) to form TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI). On 4 January 1999, TCI filed an application for approval of tariff revisions replacing a number of Tariff Items, including the General Terms of Service and Interpretation, of the former TELUS Communications Inc. and TELUS Communications (Edmonton) Inc. |
