Change to authorized service area | |
1. The Commission approves the application to change the authorized service area for the cable distribution undertaking serving Montréal and vicinity, by excluding the community of Kahnawake. | |
2. In Decision CRTC 99-493 dated 17 November 1999, the Commission approved an application submitted by Alan Paul, doing business under the name of "Paul Communications", to obtain a broadcasting licence for a new cable distribution undertaking to serve this area. This undertaking will be linked by optical fibre to the Vidéotron ltée undertaking and will distribute the same programming services. | |
