Network licence renewal |
1. The Commission renews the broadcasting licence for the English-language national radio network broadcasting live radio programs originating from CHUM Group’s radio stations across Canada, or from other radio stations, from 1 September 1999 to 31 August 2006, subject to the conditions in effect under the current licence, as well as to those conditions specified in the licence to be issued. |
2. The Commission reminds the affiliated stations that they retain complete responsibility for their entire program schedule and that they are required to include the material broadcast during network programs when determining compliance with the Commission's regulations and policies. |
