1. The Commission renews the broadcasting licence for the cable distribution undertaking serving Saint-Mathieu-de-Laprairie, from 1 September 1999 to 31 August 2000, subject to the terms and conditions in effect under the current licence. |

2. The Commission announced an application for authority to acquire the assets of this undertaking in Notice of Public Hearing CRTC 1999-6 dated 18 June 1999. However, it will not be able to rule on this application before the undertaking's licence expires. The administrative renewal released today will enable the Commission to issue a decision on that application. |
