Addition of U.S. television and FM radio signals

1.  The Commission approves the applications to amend the broadcasting licences for the Class 1 and 2 cable distribution undertakings serving the above-noted communities. The licensee is authorized, by condition of licence, to distribute at its option, the programming services of KXLY-TV (ABC), KREM-TV (CBS), KHQ-TV (NBC), KAYU-TV (FOX) and KSPS-TV (PBS) Spokane, Washington, as part of the basic service.

2.  The Commission also authorizes the licensee to distribute, at its option, the audio programming services of KMBI-FM, KXLY-FM, KISC-FM, KDRK-FM, KEZE-FM, KZZU-FM and KPBX-FM Spokane, as part of the basic service.

3.  The licensee may receive any authorized signals over the air, or from any licensed or exempted Canadian broadcasting distribution undertaking authorized to provide signals to other broadcasting distribution undertakings. The Commission notes that the licensee will receive the above-noted signals via satellite.
