Telecom Order CRTC 98-748
On 4 December 1997, Stentor Resource Centre Inc. (Stentor) filed, on behalf of and with the concurrence of all federally regulated Stentor operating companies, an ex parte application for approval of tariff revisions to the National Services Tariff Item 704, to replace the Mobile Satellite Access Service declining per minute network usage rate, ranging from $0.24 per minute to $0.18 per minute depending on total monthly usage volume, with a flat rate of $0.14 per minute.

1.The proposed tariff revisions were approved on an interim basis on 16 March 1998 under Telecom Order CRTC 98-279.
2.The Commission received no comments with respect to this application.
3.In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions are approved on a final basis.
