Telecom Order CRTC 98-279
On 4 December 1997, Stentor Resource Centre Inc. (Stentor) filed, on behalf of and with the concurrence of all federally regulated Stentor Operating Companies, an ex parte application for approval of tariff revisions to National Services Tariff Item 704, to replace the Mobile Satellite Access Service declining per minute network usage rate, ranging from $0.24 per minute to $0.18 per minute depending on total monthly usage volume, with a flat rate of $0.14 per minute.

1. By letter dated 29 January 1998, the Commission denied the ex parte filing and directed the company to provide, within 2 business days, an abridged copy of the application for the public record in all relevant public examination rooms.
2. The company provided a copy of the application for the public record on 2 February 1998.
3. In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions are approved on an interim basis.
