On 28 September 1998, Québec-Téléphone filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to General Tariff Item 4.02.03.h, "Service Hyperpac", waiving the service charges from 2 November 1998 to 1 September 1999 in order to facilitate the migration of Dataroute service customers to Hyperpac service.
ERRATUM
Telecom Order CRTC 98-1073 dated 27 October 1998 is amended to read as follows:
On 14 July 1998, TELUS Communications Inc. filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to its Carrier Access Tariff (CAT) Item 170, Contribution Charges - Interconnecting Circuits, for permission to flow-through a settlement amount to Interexchange Carriers when traffic originating or terminating in an Independent Telephone Company (ITC) territory is not subject to an approved CAT.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions are approved on an interim basis, effective 11 November 1998.
