Telecom Order CRTC 98-1073
On 14 July 1998, TELUS Communications Inc. filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to its Carrier Access Tariff (CAT) Item 170, Contribution Charges - Interconnecting Circuits, for permission to flow-through the Independent Telephone Company (ITC) CAT to an Alternate Provider of Long Distance Service (APLDS), when an APLDS toll traffic is routed between an APLDS and ITC via the company's facilities.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions are approved on an interim basis, effective 11 November 1998.
