Decision CRTC 98-81

Câblevision HSL-SDM inc.

Mercier (Concession Road Sainte-Marguerite) and Noyan, Quebec

Revocation

1. Câblevision HSL-SDM inc. has requested the revocation of its licences for the cable distribution undertakings authorized to serve the above-noted localities.

2. The licensee indicated that the residents of these localities would be served by its MDS undertaking licensed in Decision CRTC 97-264 dated 10 June 1997.

3. In view of the licensee's request and pursuant to paragraph 9(1)(e) and subsection 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission hereby revokes the licences issued to Câblevision HSL-SDM inc. for the above-mentioned undertakings.

This decision is to be appended to each licence.
